Shipping/Handling:
Please Note: We will be shipping GROUND unless otherwise requested. SHIPPING RETAIL ORDERS ONLY.
1. Please CALL THE OFFICE AT 210-599-7717 for special arrangements.
2. Most orders are shipped regular ground within 2 to 7 business days from our site in Texas. Products are shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL (whichever is most cost-effective) and have a tracking number. UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes. Please note that we will substitute similar or comparable items if a particular style is not available at the time the order is placed.
3. Drop shipping is available for special items upon special request.
4. We make every effort to ship orders complete. If a product/products are delayed, we will ship the partial order and you may incur an additional shipping charge once the rest of the shipment is available - please keep in mind that certain items come directly from Israel and may take up to a week to arrive at our location for further shipment, so please allow for extra time in such a case.
Returns:
Should you wish to return an item, you must do the following:
1. A customer service form is included in each shipment. Used for defective, damaged, incorrect products or incorrect amounts.
2. Zion's Treasures MUST RECEIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING SHIPMENT
PLEASE FILL OUT CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM AND FAX IT TO 210-637-1264.
3. A customer service representative will contact and help you. (Monday - Friday)
The office does not accept unauthorized returns.
4. Defective Products, Damaged Products, Incorrect Products, Incorrect Amounts
Defective- Manufacturing defect - please note in detail on customer service form.
Damaged-
ˇ If merchandise arrived broken, please save all packing materials and boxes, as we may need to file a claim against the carrier.
ˇ Packing problem-Outer box ok-damage occurred because of packing
Incorrect Products- We will correct
Incorrect Amount of Product- We will correct
